Online Assessments followed by a screening call with HR. Then interviewed by 2 VPs. Interview consisted of two phases. First was a technical scenario and second was competency based. Overall was left feeling good about the interview and felt like I connected with the interviewers however after over a month of waiting for feedback and constant chasing I found out I was unsuccessful via a phone call from HR. I was told i performed well in the interview but they just preferred the other candidates.
