Bamboohr put a lot of thought into this interview process. Completed 7 interviews (recruiter, hiring manager, designer, engineer, analytics, and head of product) over the course of 3 weeks, and every person that I met was kind, intelligent, and would be a great person to work with. The process was quite long, but I think it is worth it to make sure it’s a good fit for both sides. They did leave me hanging for about a week, but that is pretty normal for internal teams to make hiring decisions. Overall a positive experience and a good example of an interview process.

Contact was quick, very professional. They have a multi step process through human resources, then with the team directly. Questions asked were fair and to the point. They have many views and explain thoroughly

I had a phone screen with their HR recruiter. The invite indicated it was virtual and I had to reach out to get the link only to find it was a phone screen. When getting on the call the recruiter realized I lived in Indiana and they do not support Indiana so said it was being cut short. I indicated their application didn't indicate that or I would not have applied and spent time researching the company. Application still have not been updated with this information. They apologized for their miss. Felt like wasted time given research and prep on the company that could have been avoided if their job posting indicated this or if they would have caught it.
