Video interview, Phone call with hiring manager and in person.
First off, video interviews are terrible and company that use them are not interested in taking hiring seriously. Hence bambooHR. I was ask to interview in person. The interview went well, despite the interviewer trying to provide me with a life lesson about improving myself. I was notified after the interview that I did not get the job. Odd, the interview went well, I was more than qualified for the role and had extensive experience and education. Not sure what the 25 year old manager took away from the interview that he did not like. I have a guess, but I'll leave it at that.

Really bad situational questions. You can tell they have no experience conducting interviews.

Entrevista
Thoughtful. Loved my internal recruiter. Although it took longer than a typical hiring process I appreciated that fact as it allowed me the opportunity to also ensure it was the right fit for me personally.
