Process from talent acquisition side was good, same with other EMs and the team. I had very negative experience with PMs who were very defensive and annoyed during the whole interview. They were messaging each other and not paying attention to our conversation.

The process was very smooth, very flexible/adapting to the candidate, very fast in giving updates after each interview, and support from TA throughout the process for whatever question I may have and gave some ideas of what would be assessed at each step.
All interviewers were so good at what they were doing as they made all interviews seem conversational / informal to make the person at ease, while their probing questions were very on point.
Very impressed by it that's why I ended up accepting their final offer!

I went through more rounds of interviews than usual considering initially I had applied for another team but throughout the process Babbel team suggested moving the process to the same/similar position on another team.
Throughout the whole process, the HR team was very supportive, pulse-checked and exchanged feedback instantly on every single step of the interview, cleared any confusion and helped to prepare for the next steps. also, in times of uncertainty, the HR team went out of their way to provide better support for my special case needs and made sure the process is as smooth as it could have been.
The questions and steps were completely aligned with the responsibilities of the position and specific needs of the specific team that I applied for.
The team was very supportive in providing feedback and sharing their experience and expectations as well, so the interview process felt like a two-way street, as they ideally should be.
The Hiring Manager was very "on to the point" with his expectations and needs of the company and qualities that he was looking for in the candidate as well as explaining the culture of the company, responsibilities, and challenges of the position and the team which led to understanding exactly what to expect and to have a clear picture of the day to day life and the big picture of the position before even starting the role and joining the team.
I certainly recommend the company as I have had a very good experience so far.
