Started with a standard hirevue virtual interview followed by a superday which I was invited to around a month afterwards. Superday consisted of 2 behaviorals and a case study. For the case, they ask you to evaluate whether or not to loan to a company given their financials.

What are some financial ratios to look at when assessing a company's creditworthiness?
Overall Great Process. Be prepared to show extreme interest in the companys overall objectives. Show you are willing to learn more about the position. YOu do not need to know everything and no one expects you too know all the skills required to successfully do the job on the first day
