Has applied through the net portal. I was called and the same day the HR and the Technical round took place. HR is where we have to prove that we can be part of team. They had asked many questions in technical. For 1 moment i was doubting whether I have come for an interview or to give an oral examination.

Unexpected questions on Accounting Standards. Question were not on what accounting standard says but on why the accounting standard says this and that. Even if you are able to answer they will ask a new question relating to your answer.
Hard but think I did well and the interviewer was nice and asked me a lot of questions and I was able to answer them all completely and fully so I think I did well but didn’t get far only one interview

Why BDO? Why would you want to work here and what inspires you?
1st point of contact was with recruiter gather information of your experience 2nd and 3rd interview was with a manager and a partner. They just ask your previous experience and describe their positions.

Entrevista
It was a technical and competence based and interviewer was friendly and the whole process was great. They asked the technical bits of accounting standards because as a senior you are supposed to be competent in ifrs.
