Process involved a 30 minute phone interview with the Resource Director. The Resource Director asked me about my experience as a UX Designer, my knowledge of BCSG & gave me the opportunity to ask any questions about the company or role. Still keen after the phone interview, a face-to-face interview was lined up with the UX team. I was asked to show the projects I have worked on & was asked questions about them. After the interview I provided my feedback to the Resource Director, as I was still interested in the role. At the end of the week I followed up with the Resource Director regarding the interview & asking for feedback. I haven't had any communication with the company since.
