Pretty standard, I had an interview with the Talent Manager and then spoke with the Director which then derailed due to the fact that they were nothing like it was stated on the job ad.

The hiring manager just talked at me for the entire half hour, taking up most of the time describing a job that was totally different from what the phone screen described, asked a few basic interview questions and then had to hurry off. They seemed to lose interest half way through when they didn't understand a reference I made to a a state university that would be relevant to know for this specific job since it was in a town with that university that takes it really seriously. I got a standard "We will not be proceeding with the hiring process. Although I am unable to provide direct feedback..." letter which does nobody any good.
