Assessment Centre day consisted of a few presentations about different investment divisions and then an investment challenge in group. Each group had to allocate a fund to different assets and with each 'year' that passed more investment options became available e.g. currencies etc. It wasn't about whether your team won the challenge but how you contributed to the team.

The assessment centre consisted of a group exercise, individual interview and an individual exercise. The assessors were all very friendly and encouraging. It took a few hours and it was also virtual.

Entrevista
I applied through my university's portal and was contacted, then interview with the higher ups. This company seems to have a track record of not even sending feedback/rejection emails. It was possible they only interviewed to fill a quota as it was a role I have never heard or seen another student work for in this company. In all, felt like I wasted my time preparing.

Entrevista
Not very time consuming. Questions were of good quality and I feel like it allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. One of the more enjoyable experiences in comparison to other companies that I have interviewed for in the past in my opinion.
