Applied online in November, didn't get a response until February. I thought the lag time was highly unprofessional and a red flag but I was bored so I decided to go along. From there were a couple phone calls with a relatively easy tech screen, then one last tech screen with an employee of the company they were contracted to, then an offer. The offer was for less than I made previously; I countered, hoping to meet in the middle somewhere, but they pulled their offer.

Waste of time! Two phone interviews and an online test scattered around 2 months. Then suddenly an onsite interview which went very well with positive response to the "Thank you" emails I sent. I didn't hear back from them so I followed up after 2 weeks. They said they would let me know and then silence forever! I did another round of follow up emails and never got a response. They handled it unprofessionally; I deserve a response to my emails if I spent a day to travel there for an interview. It's an indication of poor HR practices. I wont consider them again.
