The interview process at Aurora followed a Standard Process starting with phone screen -> Interview with manager -> Panel with various interviewers. I believe that the Aurora Interviews were challenging in a positive light, All interviewers were actively engaged and were asking the tough questions that the role would be faced with every day rather than questions that may not be applicable to the role. Couple this with an A+ recruiter that supported me through the entire process leads me to say that this hiring process has set a high bar within the field.
