Telephone interview and then assessment day. Over 50 people at assessment to fill 8 vacancies. Consisted of group exercise, survival exercise, individual and group, then pitch an item. No vetting beforehand, absolutely the worst assessment day ever, sent over half home after lunch and the rest stayed on until end out of which only 8 will get an offer. No one to one interviews, how do you know anyone, you cannot assess a person on two lines. Get real Audi. Martec need to do some homework.

Very poor interview process, they don't have a clue. After passing the phone interview, you are asked to do ridiculous tests before even interviewing the person they are looking to hire.
