The interview process was not clear. They have a trial in which applicants must complete during the process however they make you feel as if you have the job. There is a contract given before this process and upon reading it you believe you have a job. During the trial you create practice test questions that the above mentioned "contract" is supposed to say you cannot share these questions anywhere else. Nowhere in the contract is it mentioned. After completing the work someone from HR will contact you and tell you if you have the job. In my case I did not get a job I thought I already had. I feel like I provided free work to the company. Again, the interview process is not clear/
