I applied for a job at Atlassian through Linkedin and was contacted by an internal recruiter a few weeks later via email if I was interested in phone screening. After the 10-15min call with the recruiter about my previous experiences, they gave me details about the next steps and how the full interview process will run. There will be 2 coding interviews, 1 design, 1 manager and 1 values interview all together in that order. I found the coding interviews very fun with more a pair programming situation where you're both trying to get a solution to the problem presented. The design interview was much more theory and ideas on whiteboarding a solution. Manager and values was talking about previous experiences and how you tackle problems in the office and teams.
