I applied online and got contacted in 2 days. The first round is over the phone and asked some general background questions. Then I got invited to the company for the next step. The whole interview went very smooth and comfortable.

Got a message on LinkedIn and a call the same day but 20 minutes after the window I said I was free. They asked several resume questions and said they were very impressed with my qualifications. Scheduled an interview, but they didn't respond to my email for availability. Took a half day off of work on a Tuesday to to go and interview, and the feedback was super positive, with the promise of an offer letter. However they did not ask me many questions in person, more just talked at me, and did not require any coding assessment. After getting ghosted on email for a few days, I messaged on LinkedIn, heard back on the following Sunday that they were looking for more experienced developers. Feeling bummed and misled.

It honestly is not worth the time to go to an interview. They offer no health benefits, no 401k, or really any benefits at all. Supposedly, you'll get a couple weeks of PTO but they expect you to be on call when you use your PTO.
They have a stated expectation you'll work 6 days a week for a below market salary for an eCommerce company with these responsibilities. For reference, I can get an offer +$10k over their best offer, with good health benefits, 3+ weeks of PTO, and a 401k with a decent match.
They don't communicate effectively and they will call you at your current employer without notice, expect you to pick up, and then hold a 30 minute phone conversation.
They also lie to you to get you into the interview then give you an offer substantially below your current salary and/or the amount you give them initially. I'm not sure why they believed that would work.
My recommendation is not to waste your time and interview with a company you can take seriously.
