It takes about a week, you apply online and the they call you in for an interview. Takes about a week to get a call back and they let you know if you're hired or not. I got hired within 1-2 weeks and was in the store.
It was a very relaxed interview process, for me it was a group interview and the questions asked were very easygoing and focused around the brand. They even gave us an opportunity to build an outfit which was very fun.

Shortly after submitting resume (within 1-3 days), the Talent Assistant Manager got back to me to schedule an interview in the next week. Had the option to do the interview in-person or remotely. Interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. Simple questions; received offer later that day.
