Submitted online application. Was contacted by someone on their Talent Aquisition team to set up a call. Call lasted about 30-35 minutes and I followed up with an email - concise, but including additional information that may be pertinent after reflecting on some of our conversation. Received an ATS generated email about a week later that they were moving forward with other candidates. I know these are probably the easiest option, but do feel that if you have spoken with a person, it would be worth the 5-10 min for the email to come from an acutal person, likely the one you interviewed with by phone. I just think that speaks highly of the company and that they value the candidate's experience, even if they are not moving forward in the process. If you tout one of your "Core Values" as "People Matter" and that it serves "as our compass for how we conduct business", it's probably worth taking that viewpoint and approach to the talent acquisition function.

Reschedule 3x, then no show.
Reached out to recruiter and Sr recruiter suggesting a reschedule, but no response.
I couldn't even practice my interview skills with them.
If you review the interview process, you see some negative experiences-disorganized, unprofessional.
