Was told the interview went marvelous and that before the weekend I could hear back regarding the next step which would be another interview, and I sent a thank you email And then when the weekend came and went, I followed up again and then nothing. They ghosted me. To be fair, glad I learned that BEFORE joining, but really wish they had the decency to at least say they went in a different direction or SOMETHING.
