Nice company, but very unstructured interview process with no real dialogue on competencies/skills, with very unrealistic presentation request (the brief given was "intentionally vague") at interview stage 1. The wrong job description was sent (no apology!), the interview was shortened as THEY started late (no flexibility to finish after). It gave me a negative impression on their culture (lack of empathy) and no attention to their image during the recruitment process which is astonishing at this size of company. Weird culture.

The HR recruiter refused to disclose the salary in the screening call. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late for the video interview and claimed it was not in her diary. The other person on the call was not the person whose name I was given beforehand and I had to ask him who he was because he didn't introduce himself, so it was very awkward chit chatting. Despite this, I followed up with an email to the HR recruiter that I was still interested in the role. I received no notice that I was declined, but months later I received a survey to provide the with feedback on my experience.
