First 15 minute phone interview and then a zoom interview that is also around 20 mins. Did not make it past that point. However, I think after that is an interview with the managers.

In addition to a regular interview process, they did an assessment on the computer that was fairly straight forward. Overall, they were friendly and communicative during the interview process and laid out everything clearly.

They asked about previous experience within the logistics field, as well as what I would like to be doing in the role.
Easy, understanding, and honest recruiters. Asked about college and your skill set for the role as well getting to know you. Be confident and explain what you did in previous roles and bring resume if you’re going in person for it that’s what I did, you get to shadow someone on floor
