Applied on-line, then I was contacted by the hiring manager for a 30 minutes call 2 weeks later. The interviewer was nice, introduced himself, presented the ARM activity in Sophia office, gave some more details about the open position, and then asked me to present myself, and share my experience. Finally he asked my some basic questions about CPU architecture.
