Applied online by sending a CV & cover letter rather than an application form with annoying scenario questions. was then emailed not long after to say I had got past the first stage. And no numerical/verbal reasoning tests! Next stage was a telephone interview. After that it was a face to face interview (which they were flexible on the dates) where I was also asked to prepare a presentation about myself & my hobbies/interests. Whilst I was there they also did my 2nd interview to save me having to travel 5 hour round trip again, very accommodating. Lastly was a final HR phone interview (either the first or last phone interview had scenario based questions). Overall they were really friendly, on your side etc

The only unexpected aspect was an on the spot "email" asking for some basic financial analysis using data in excel. My vlookups, if's were a bit rusty but the most important aspect was understanding the data, using professional business language in the response etc
