Staff lacked technical understanding of the role they are hiring for and seemed more concerned that it was late in the day for a meeting that THEY scheduled. A lot of uninteresting "why" questions, and a noticeable lack of professionalism (someones phone was constantly going off during the meeting). I wouldn't recommend spending any time preparing for an interview with them because they definitely do not spend any time preparing themselves.

HOGAN Personality assessment followed by the typical series of questions - why are you looking? Tell us about yourself. What type of technology do you use? They also made comments like "oh we should do that" like they are picking your brain for ideas but don't want to pay to hire a consultant.
