Quickly contacted after applying with an online personality test, then contacted with a phone interview -- felt impersonal and definitely a "rule-out" step. Invited for a 1:1 interview at the site, and site manager was very friendly and REALLY liked me. Moved on to 1:1 interview with regional director who was also personable. The interviews all seemed to go really well but no offer was made. Overall, while the interviews themselves were relatively painless, it seemed the entire process involved a lot of corporate hoops to jump through and seemed more of a mechanized than most other interview processes I have been through.
