Technical assessment, group activity and individual interview which included an individual task for half of the time that you then discuss. Most of the time the interviewers seemed disinterested and rushed. However, the questions did spark some interesting discussion.

The first round of the process involved completing a series of cognitive and logical reasoning assessments, which were completed online. Once passed this stage, I moved onto a video call interview. Straightforward process really. Didn’t get the job but they offered helpful feedback.
