It was fairly simple. They looked over your resume with you and asked clarifying questions. They also ask about gaps in your work history, but it's no big deal as they hire almost anyone. Overall it was very low key and low stress.

I applied and was immediately contacted for an interview. We discussed both short term and long term goals. It was pretty laid back. It takes about 2 weeks before you can actually start working.
