It was a fair interview. They asked about my experience working with kids. They do not require experience in the ABA field, they can train you for that. They really want to see that you enjoy working with kids.

Staff showed me around the company first (made me feel more relaxed and comfortable) and proceed to interview me after. The interview itself was about 15-20 minutes. Be yourself and show that you have a genuine interest in learning about autism. They mostly look at your experiences and your willingness to grow as well as gain experience from this job.

You'll have to multitask during the interview by lining up letters of the alphabet while answering questions. They ask about your experience with kids and autism. They ask you to teach them a skill.
