Applied online and received an email inviting me to a hiring event. I was the only woman out of a group of 5 to meet with hiring manager. Questions were asked in an open forum. I made sure to be eager to answer. Received a phone call the same night scheduling me for my next interview the following day. One on one interview this time. Very friendly, laid back! He asked a few questions but I could tell he was sold on my personality alone. Was scheduled for my 3rd interview same day. Haven’t had my fourth interview yet, but I just signed my offer letter, so that says a lot! Fourth interview will be with the Market leader and will be a 15 minute phone call. DO NOT MISS THAT CALL!
