I had a very positive experience overall during the interview process. While the timeline was somewhat slow—similar to what you’d expect from other large companies—the process itself was very well structured and thoughtfully organized. Each stage of the interview felt purposeful, and it was clear that there was a strong framework in place to evaluate candidates fairly and consistently. What stood out the most was the recruiter’s communication. They were proactive, transparent, and kept me informed with frequent updates throughout the process, which made a big difference in managing expectations. Overall, despite the slower pace, the professionalism and structure of the process, along with excellent communication, made it a great experience.

The interview sequence began with a conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a coding exercise, a system design session, and several peer interviews exploring areas such as team management, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering decision-making.
