So I was contacted by the CEO of the company to be available to do an interview for them. After receiving the available timeslots I decided to accept an interview around midnight local time (all the slots were at those times) because I wanted to know the company. When the time arrived I received an email from the interviewer asking me what was the agenda of the meeting. :D So I answer that I was going to be interviewed and a couple of minutes later the interviewer let me in in the zoom call. He did not know who I was, did not had read and received my cv, and was completely lost. Immediately I noticed that the person was there just by obligation, zero simpathy, zero empathy. Made me 2 questions, none of them related to my skills, and ended up 30 minutes before time. Bad Experience.
