The process was very smooth. I had one in-person interview with the hiring manager for my position. He was very personable and we chatted about more than just the job. We got to know each other a little bit before the "official interview questions". They did a background check on me and I was hired. Very simple and very easy. I have heard this process has changed though since I was hired five years ago.
