1st round is Assessment after that we will have to wait for 5mins and then we got the coding assessment. After within 7days we will got the communication assessment. Then the 4th round is TR+HR.

For that you should prepare for basic questions such as intro , where will you see after 5 years , How will you handle the tough situation etc...
It's just about the project and about the challenges faced in your project and about the leadership quality, what is your long term goals and any questions (I asked her about her work experience in Accenture)
First, you need to pass Cognitive and Technical assessment. After passing these assessments, you will have to take the Coding Test. After the Coding Test, you will have to give a communication assessment and the Accenture interview round (which includes the technical and HR interview rounds).
