The interview was good but the hiring process is too slow. The HR is annoying, when you want to connect with them they will never respond. I was interviewed one month back but got the first call to send the documents after 20 days. Now I have sent the documents 10 days ago and still am waiting for the offer letter. The funny thing is they will not confirm your employment with them even after you cleared the interview. They will keep on searching for new talent for a lesser price. I got an interview call from one of their other HR who has no idea that I have already given the interview for the same position earlier. Now I am holding couple of offers and decided not to join here, if i will get a call back from the HR. Because now they are like this , god knows how they will behave post joining. If you are really talented, please don't join the team of Annalect. Thanks
