I met the HR manager at a college career fair, was given a one-on-one interview on-campus the next day, was assigned multiple personality quizzes online, upon completion was given on-site interview with senior management.

Give an example of you working in a team envrionment and succeeding.
Really easy process. Only two rounds of interviews and they asked pretty straightforward common interview questions. First interview with hr and marketing head and then second interview with head of sales and head of AB seattle.

Entrevista
It was a short, casual interview. The hiring manager didn't ask many questions, just described what the job was like and how they were very laid back unless the supervisor was visiting.
The process was extremely long.
First a culture test that is done online.
Then an interview with the on and off premise sales managers.
Then a final interview with HR and the director.
The process took even longer because someone in India was responsible for all the scheduling.
