I applied online. Then I did logical reasoning test and cultural fit test (very lengthy and sleepy) but they are easy to pass. And I come to Case interview in which I have 30 mins to analyze 8 beers to choose the 2 most potential ones to bring on market. Then I have 20 mins to present it to a interviewer. I passed it and come to Structure Interview for 30 mins through skype. You should search Structure Interview question list on the Internet and prepare it for yourself (all the questions are in there). Then now I am about to join Business Simulation in HCM. Before that, they send me a case of bottled tea's market share decreased and I have to present strategies to boost it. I find out that all the interviewers are quite young and lovely. I felt comfortable talking with them.
