I was asked to attend the Angus and Coote store, and the interview process was done over the counter. I was told a week in advance regarding the date of the interview, questions were straight forward (Generic STAR questions).

Phone interview : talk about the applicant's resume and ask some QA e.g. Why do you want to work with us? Which day are you available for job? Face to face interview: having some chitchat and common list of QA interview e.g. Tell me about your experience. Tell me when you have to deal with the difficult situation?
