I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and an onsite interview which was about 30 minutes of situational questions. I then had a typing test and a communication exercise which involved describing a drawing to another interviewee who had their back turned. They then had to draw the picture using my description alone. The point of this exercise was to test communication skills and see if the pictures matched in the end.

i talked over the phone with ancestry, they were very lovely. They said they will get back to me with an online assessment and more details about training. they gave me details about what the job requires, benefits and location. very very helpful. she seemed very engaged into the conversation and gave me the impression that i got to the next phase.
