They phoned to schedule interview. No preliminary screening. Interview consisted of 12 prescribed questions describing customer service scenarios. Some safety scenarios. The interviewers were very polite and friendly. Not adversarial though I did get the distinct impression they hated the format imposed on them. It was not clear to me where and how to help them understand my assets beyond the rigid constructs of the Q&A.
