Entrevista
This was the three panel interview that was extremely helpful. You would first meet 1 on 1 with a hiring manager then you would go into a company overview where you would learn more about each position in depth and then you would answer a few helpful questions during the end of the overview. If Serur Agencies felt you were a good fit for a company they called you back for a final one on one interview. You went there for an even more in-depth interview and were hired once you negotiated the position. I was a quick and sufficiant experience. I would not be more happy with my career choice!

Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

Entrevista
First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
