Was recruited based on management skills and an interview was set up on those basis. Once I arrived, the interview process was very strange, group gathering of applicants filled out application followed by a demand for your drivers license. My comfort level went out the door after this. Turns out the pursuit of my skills was for nothing more than an agent selling door to door. Felt betrayed and walked out.
