Entrevista
The process all together took a few weeks. The hiring manager was always friendly and quick to respond to questions. They were very flexible when scheduling meeting times. The interview process consisted of a web interview (one-on-one with the hiring manager), an in-person interview (one-on-one interviews with other employees), and a group web interview (with the team I would be directly working with).
Overall, I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. When I went in for my in-person interview everyone I spoke with was cheery and truly seemed to enjoy their job. I was offered water/tea/coffee from multiple people. My favorite part of the process would be that my interviews were never one-sided. I was well-informed of the duties and expectations of the position while still having plenty of time to connect through experiences and address my goals.

Questions you would be asked in most interviews. Being a non-profit, there were a few questions relating to that aspect. Especially checking that the company mission aligns with your own.
