It was not that bad. It took around 3 months to interview in total Basic behavioral questions when asked about a time when you had to show leadership. It was not too bad when asked about decisions I had made on the job in the past as it was more conversational.

Most questions asked were behavioral questions. None of them were difficult, such as "can you introduce yourself?", "why you choose statistics as your major?", "how other people describe you"
and some questions about teamwork

Entrevista
Initially, I just asked for a meeting to talk about my skills. I came in and spoke to a recruiter about what I'd already done in the insurance industry, my current activities through my school, and what I'd learned from previous jobs. About a week later, I'd gotten an email that said I wasn't selected, but I followed up with the HR rep and asked if there was anything I'd done wrong in the interview. Apparently the email had been sent by mistake, and I shortly after received an email that said I got the job! Other than the tiny blip near the end of the process, I had a great experience as a whole.
