Campus recruitment - brief and meet in October when they short list candidates for interview. 2 back to back interviews in January ( both interviews are behavioral and situational plus a mini case related to card industry finance.

Generic and pretty easy overall. Know your resume well and turn up the soft skills. Appearance does matter and hit on the core principles. Process should take a few weeks.

Multiple Rounds with various levels of leadership interviewing. Very generic questions, while also being evaluated on cultural fit. Excellent brand name, but this is a marketing focused organization, not finance.

Simple process with a few easy questions. The Amex recruiter is very nice and always let you know how to prepare for the interview and etc. After each round, there are feedbacks as well.
