there are 2 rounds technical round and manager round.and then HR round for formality and then you will get offer letter.Basically company is working on CRM and ERP. most of these frameworks are based on php and javascript knowledge.

Telephonic Round : by Senior from Mumbai
Face To Face Technical : In Pune Technical person will take this round will ask few questions
Project Manager : Asks some technical questions Say NO if You don't know the answer and You will be selected
HR Round : will pull You down from Your expectations but stick to the same its not that You have to take this opportunity.
