Referred to job #1, applied via link, was told I would interview, never got anything else. Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and asked me to apply to job #2, completed assessment, recruiter conversations via email, scheduled to interview with hiring manager, the role was updated in the applicant tracking system that it was filled, but I still went through with the HM interview. Never heard anything else until the email that the role was filled.
