I recently interviewed for an Executive Assistant position at Amazon, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the get-go, the process was well-organized, and everyone involved was extremely professional. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed throughout the interview process. It's clear that Amazon values finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate. I would highly recommend interviewing at Amazon if you're seeking a challenging yet rewarding career.

Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
