The process was very long and unnecessarily complicated. Many rounds of interviewing. You're prepped by a recruiter (who likely gets commission if you're hired) and given homework to prepare testimony for the LOOP process. Somewhat random employees are included in the panel, where they ask questions off a script and most are not able to answer any questions about the role. In fact, they don't even allow time for the interviewee to ask their own questions to see if they even want the role.

Explain a time when you had to make a decision without having enough data or time. How did you determine what to do and what was the outcome?
It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
