First you start with a phone screen with the recruiter and/or hiring manager, then once you move forward you, are sent an online assessment for all amazon employees this online assessment can take 1-2 hours but it's the same no matter which job you interview for, zoom interview (more formal) with hiring manager

a variety of questions to measure how you tie back to amazon's core values. they're all very similar in question positioning but you need to define how you align or if those statements reasonate with you. you go through logistical questions and a negotiation practice
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.

I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.
