Entrevista
4 back to back 45 mins interviews with 15 mins break between them. The focus was on the leadership principles of Amazon. All the interviews focused on different leadership principles - some were more data heavy, while others focused on soft-skills.

1) How did you take a decision in an ambiguous situation?
2) A time when you had to change your plan mid-way? How did you respond? What was the new requirement? How could you have improved upon the situation?
3) A time when you worked outside your scope?
4) A time when you did not meet the case you were supposed to commit?
5) When you took a strategic decision without clear information?
6) A time when you proposed a new idea which was a big decision and created a big impact on business
7) When you had to learn something for a new project
8) A Q on customer satisfaction (can't recall)
9) When you found an opportunity to make something really big
10) When you had to conduct an in-depth analysis to make a decision
Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.

Entrevista
Recruiter screening followed by an interview loop. All behavioural questions. The interview loop consists of four back-to-back interviews that take like 4-5 hours; it's mostly conversations surrounding LPs. Give quantifiable figures in your stories and use STAR method to answer questions.

this was a pretty easy questions -- straight from the leadership principles. if you dont have these google it and use it to do the star method for your preparation.
