Opaque, interview was not very engaging. Seem like it was a check the box exercise because already had a client in mind. Didn't feel like they were looking for serious candidates.

The interview process was conducted over a number of weeks. the preparation was elaborate, and the company communicated severally during the run-up to the interviews. They provided the links to the areas from which they were going to interview, and were open to being contacted for clarification.
